Thank you for always using HEAL-3. Regarding the current Wallpaper drop mission, we have received reports of abnormal drop rates for the wallpapers.

After investigating the issue, we have confirmed that there is a bug preventing the lottery from running.

While we have identified the cause, it is difficult to address the issue for missions that have already been held. Therefore, we would like to propose the following measures:

• The mission will continue as planned.
• UHT rewards will be given to distance achievers as planned.
• Additionally, we will provide all participants who joined by 16:00 JST on June 12th with a replacement wallpaper. The replacement will be randomly selected from the three designs that were scheduled to drop.
• We will also hold a wallpaper drop mission for the same creative in July.

皆様、いつもHEAL3をご利用いただきありがとうございます。 現在開催中のWallpaper drop missionにつきましてですが、壁紙のDrop率の異常について報告をいただいております。

本件につきまして調査したところ、抽選が回らないバグが発生していることが確認できました。

原因は特定はできておりますが、現在開催済みのミッションでの対応は難しいため下記対応をさせていただければと存じます。

• ミッションは継続させていただきます。
• UHTは当初の予定通りイコールシェアにて、距離の達成者にUHT報酬をプレゼントします
• また、6/12 16:00 JSTまでにご参加いただいた皆様全員に壁紙を補填致します。今回ドロップ予定だった3種類のデザインからランダムです。
• 同一クリエイティブでの壁紙ドロップミッションを7月も開催します。
